Abstract

Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation are themes that are continuously being studied and their value and importance for Society is being recognized.

This case study aims to show the contribution that EMEL, essentially with its GIRA project, has for Social Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation, through its initiatives. This project is inserted in the sector of electric and sustainable mobility, being chosen to show the applicability of the mentioned thematic concepts. It is aimed at those interested in these subjects, so that they can have a better reflection and understanding of what social innovation or entrepreneurship actually is.
