Abstract
Ben & Jerry's is a pioneering company in Environmental Social Responsibility practices. Since its establishment in 1978, the company has carried out a production model to reduce the negative effects of its activity on the environment and animals. In this sense, the sustainability and the concern about the future of the planet have become its main purpose. Ben & Jerry's commitment, leader in the United States, can be observed in the development of all its actions, by carrying out social projects for all the populations, and awareness campaigns on the harmful effects of human actions on Earth.
Throughout this case study, we will carry out a detailed analysis of the responsible policy of the company, by examining its different commitments, strategies and campaigns in the environmental field, which have made the company to be a very successful business.
