Resumen

The Central Única das Favelas (CUFA) develops and implements social entrepreneurship and economy projects in favelas and poor communities, both in Brazil and abroad. Knowing its methods and organizational pillars allows us to understand CUFA's relevance in the development of small businesses in communities characterized by a set of needs where the state is generally unable to meet expectations. Through communication with the masses and partnerships with relevant companies in the private sector, CUFA has been able to carry out its projects with excellence and in an inspiring way. Its business model can be used and replicated in different areas with different demands and different objectives.
