Abstract

The Empalme City Council is the legal, legal and political representation of the municipality of Empalme, Sonora, Mexico. It is democratic in nature and its term of government is 3 years. Its main income corresponds to federal shares, while its own income is mainly concentrated in property tax and payments for property transfer tax. Among the main procedures it has pantheons, markets, traces, etc. In addition to requests for services such as public lighting, patching and paving of roads, it also includes various social programs such as Educational Scholarships and foot of the house. This case pretend to help to generate an analysis of the services offered by this organism, to generate proposals that help to better position the institutional image, the satisfaction index and the public perception of the government, through the development of various Marketing strategies promoted with effective communication tools with key audiences on social networks, mainly Facebook and Instagram.
