Abstract

Port City Community Church has a clear mission, to reach people and help them walk with God. To achieve this goal it counts with the traditional means of any given Christian organization, i.e., dominical services, ministries, baptism, missions, care of the community. Since its foundation in 1999 This church has suffered a dramatic growth based on the marketing tools employed. The services are organized by professionals of the showbusiness and are celebrated at an auditorium which capacity is over 1,800 seats and is complete with full theatrical audio and video systems. A team of 15 people at full time works producing and publishing advertisements, books and audio an video files to be spread on the church´s own web page and bookshop, instagram, vimeo, facebook and tweeter. Due to these marketing practices and the leadership and management of this religious community the weekly average attendance to her facility reached in 2012 5339 people.
