Abstract

This case focuses on the analysis of the non-profit marketing strategy of the Delegation of Faro-Loulé, Cruz da Vermelha Portuguesa (CVP), Portugal. In this context, the entity's activities were analysed, as well as the perceptions and attitudes of the population of the municipalities of Faro, Loulé and São Brás de Alportel in relation to the Faro-Loulé Delegation. Based on the results, marketing recommendations were presented, focusing on improving the communication between the entity and its public, as well as examining the feasibility of expanding the Delegation of Faro and Loulé to the region of São Brás de Alportel.
