Abstract

First of all, VOTA, consists on the creation of a free application where the over-age citizians could use for getting information about the legislative actions. They would have the chance of taking part of this action, they will be allowed to vote and giving their opinions, provided that their privacity will be always respected. According to our marketing study, we have used both ways of investigation: the qualitative and quantitative, making some focus- group and some questionnaires respectively.

Finally, the main aims of this application are mainly making the citizian usefull about the polity and affording them the ubication of their idological thoughts.
