Abstract

The strategic management is supported by ten schools, the power school formulates strategy as an open merchandising process. The use of the macro power by the organization to promote the wellbeing by controlling or cooperating with other organizations, by the use of collective strategy through formation games of the formation of alliance, partnership and networks. This collective strategy is supported by a shared social action network , which is held in Nerópolis city in the State of Goiás – Brazil.

The whose purpose is to reduce the poverty in the municipality. The methodology is based in experimental strategy in social marketing with aim to energize the projects and the social programs of the federal government, state government and city government, In order to infer directly, exactly and systematically in the human behavior.
