Abstract

This paper addresses the co-creation of value between companies and non-profit organizations. In particular, the co-creation of a socially innovative project, the launching of the La Escuela Social Ana Bella para el Empoderamiento de la Mujer, a project jointly co-created by Danone (through the Danone Ecosystem Fund), Momentum Task Force and the Ana Bella Foundation, with the aim of empowering women victims of gender violence, through vocational training and their insertion in the labor market as brand ambassadors at Danone outlets.
