Abstract

The Get+Give+Employ model carried out by the Mitscoot company, is a model focused on helping the homeless. For every product it sells, Mitscoots helps a person in need. At first, it started by donating a pair of socks for each pair it sold, although over time, the model has managed to become much more solid and sell more products following the same idea. Today, thanks to Get+Give+Employ, Mitscoots is able to meet the needs of society by providing textile products to the homeless and giving them jobs to get out of the situation they are in. Mitscoots was born with a very clear idea: to help homeless people. The objective of this work is to make known the socially responsible model that this company has followed since its foundation, satisfying the needs of the consumer and society for sustainable development.
