Abstract

The exceptional context caused by the health crisis during Covid-19 has promoted the consolidation of the social commitment of companies with the population. Faced with this situation, Stuart, a technological platform for urban home delivery logistics, and Ausolan, a business cooperative in the collective catering sector, have been a point of union and cooperation in the fight to safeguard social, economic and health welfare during quarantine.

Among the action policies they have carried out, highlights their adaptation in their processes to zero contact, their involvement in social marketing, joining in the case of Stuart to the initiatives, # Food4Heroes and # Healthy4Help. At the same time, Ausolan initiates cooperation activities with public and non-profit entities in the fight against hunger, food waste, sustainable development and the care of people at risk of social exclusion.
