Centro especial de empleo: estudio de caso. Párking Cervantes

In 2009, Lion ́s brothers funded a parking called Cervantes as an Employment Center for Special Needs, by hiring 5 disabled people. The parking remains open 24 hours a day and it has constant vigilance. The centre of Mérida in Badajoz (Spain) used to have a lack of places to park and those brothers took the advantage of creating this parking in where it was an old familiar warehouse.
As long as it makes easier for this kind of people to get a job, this Employment Center for Special Needs provides training and constant support in their personal and social life. This type of centers promotes all the way long to get a job in a regular company and the play an important role in the regular market as well. So its main aim to exist is to provide these people with a work experience, a full time job and a steady salary that encourage social integration and increase their own self esteem.
