Abstract

The concept of corporate social responsability has been gaining importance and meaning. Nowadays there is no newspapers or magazine that not includes a discussion on this topic. In this context this case discusses the actions developed by Continente in its activity as a socially responsable company through its sustainable axes: better purpose, better planet and better people. The case starts with a characterization of the company followed by a description of the three axes and actions developed in each. It ends with a proposal of questions for reflexión about the case.
