Abstract

The aim of this article is the theoretical analysis of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (FCG), a Portuguese Foundation that pursues its goals based on 3 axes: Art and Culture, Science, Education and Health, thus showing a strong commitment to society.

The study will analyze how through a literature review and an analysis of various legal documents, the way FCG pursues Corporate Social Responsibility, its accountability and the relationship with stakeholders, Strategic Management in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (ODS) and its digital transformation.

From the analysis carried out, we can infer that FCG has a very close and transparent relationship with its stakeholders and sees in Strategic Management a preponderant role in the implementation of innovative projects with well-defined concrete objectives.
