Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Child Support Association, a non-profit organization with a high social interest (DR nº 32 of 07/02/2003), aimed at the temporary reception of children, victims of maltreatment, neglect or abandonment.
We intend with this work to analyze if the marketing can be a tool for the development and accountability of the institution.
