ASPCA: a importância do digital e da accountability

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), a non-profit organization and the first humane society to be established in United States dedicated to preventing cruelty towards animals. The policy and position statements of ASPCA are related with questions of cruelty and animal welfare. It is our goal to analyze the accountability of ASPCA and in what way the use of digital and new technologies are one of the most important tools to the accomplishment of is mission, vision and main purposes.
