Abstract

TOMS is an organization that from the beginning that appears, adopts a sustainable business model that inspires and helps thousands of people. Blake Mycoskie, its founder, started an innovative business based on the fact that for each purchase a donation is made, a model called "one to one". He started by selling shoes, but now he has expanded his product range. Mainly the business is summarized in four stages; the purchase of products (shoes, coffee, bags ...) by users that want to help; an action plan aimed at channeling its resources to cover costs and to help people that it is needed; a plan of support and customization of products according to the tastes of each consumer; and finally collaborate as much as possible with the most impoverished.
