ILUNION, created in 2014 by ONCE, is a business group that aims at proving economic viability together with a social agreement. Using the ILUNION Tower as its emblematic headquarters, it focuses its operations on different areas with over 37,907 employees, 40,55% of whom are people with disabilities. ILUNION’s pillars include people, transformation, excellence and sustainability. In addition, it establishes an alliance with Coca-Cola to promote diversity and sustainability, participating in projects such as Circular Seas or GIRA Youth. Its perspective on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) includes areas like health, gender equality, decent work, inequalities reductions, sustainable towns, responsible production and consumption, climate action, peace and justice and alliances achieve its objectives. Furthermore, ILUNION stands out in employee’s benefits, promoting quality of life, recognitions, social measures and an inclusive work environment. Its commitment with the circular economy and the SDG reflects an integral perspective to sustainability and a social inclusion.
