Abstract

Les Restos du Cœur, an NGO founded in 1985 by comedian Coluche, fights against food insecurity in France by distributing free meals to the most deprived. The association stands out for its funding model, mainly based on donations, partnerships with companies and events such as the Enfoirés concert. This action allows it to finance its food and social activities, while raising public awareness of the issues of poverty. The association's objectives include the fight against hunger and social reintegration, targeting a vulnerable public, while appealing to national solidarity. Among its flagship actions, collecting donations and distributing food are crucial in supporting millions of people each year.
